What happens to my data if the Free version is stopped?
Even if the Free version is stopped, the data associated with your account will remain intact. However, creating new notes or editing and viewing existing notes will not be possible. After purchasing Feather Pro (tentative) from the iPad App Store, you can log in with your existing account and transfer your notes. For more details, please refer to the document below.
What will happen to the works I shared via Share Link?
The works shared via Share Link will become inaccessible once the Free version is stopped.
Can I save my works separately?
You can use Feather's "Export to 3D" feature to export files as OBJ or GLTF. When exporting, geometry, materials, and group data are included, but Sequence data is not. We recommend exporting your works before the Free version is stopped. Even if you miss the deadline, your data will not be deleted, so feel free to contact us for any technical assistance via support@sketchsoft3d.com
When will the Free version be stopped?
The Free version is scheduled to be stopped on November 1st at 00:00 Pacific Standard Time. The discontinuation date may change due to development circumstances or external factors.
Can I delete my notes during the period when the Free version is stopped?

When will the Free version be available again?
We aim to reintroduce the Free version in 2025. We plan to redevelop the Free version from the ground up, focusing on optimizing it for Android devices and improving usability on PC/Mac as requested by many users. After the successful launch and stabilization of the Pro version, we will share a roadmap for the Free version.
